How Gift Cards Work
Read the following instructions by clicking the tabs, and message our customer support team if you need more help.
Want to give the digital gift card to someone? Then click on
"I want to send this as a gift".
Or send it to yourself by clicking on "Add to Cart".
If you choose "Add to Cart", you will be directed to the checkout and payment tab directly.
If you click on "I want to send this as a gift", you will be required to input the following details:
- Recipient's Email (required)
- Recipient's Name (optional)
- Gift Card Delivery Date (optional)
- Greeting Message (optional)
Select from the two options if you want the digital gift card to be delivered "Now" or you may "Choose a Date".
Then, proceed to checkout.
All digital gift cards are delivered through email. All redemption instructions are sent together with the digital gift card in the email as well.
Should you want to purchase multiple digital gift cards?
Complete a separate transaction for each gift card so the gift card can go directly to each recipient.
1. How do I redeem my gift card?
Answer: When you get to the checkout page, enter the gift card code sent in your email.
2. How can I check my gift card's balance?
Answer: You can check your gift card's balance by logging in to your account.
3. Does Armadilo offer physical gift cards?
Answer: No. All digital gift cards are sent for FREE via email.
4. When will my gift card be sent?
Answer: If the date you choose is same day, it will be delivered to your email within 24-hours. Otherwise, it will be sent on your chosen date.
