What conditions are recommended for the shoes?
Since our clogs are made of EVA, we recommend that you never leave them in hot environments such as hot cars, because the material will most likely shrink, and will make them harder to wear. If you have any questions, reach out to our customer service team and they will be more than happy to help.
How do I check the status of my order?
Upon placing your order, please allow 3-5 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email. To get your tracking number, simply email us through the contact form on this website, and we will have it sent to you. If you did not receive any updates on your order, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.
How long does shipping take?

Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

How do I change or cancel my order?
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.
Once an order is placed, customers have 24 hours to cancel an order before our team start processing it. Once the initial 24 hours have passed, we can't guarantee a refund on the item before it is shipped. In some cases, you will need to wait for the item to arrive and process it as a return/refund!
